Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping to the United States.

• Shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout.
• Please allow 1-2 days processing time for us to confirm availability of product. 
• Please allow up to 24 hours for in-store pickup orders to be available for pickup.
• Customers are automatically sent a tracking number when the order is fulfilled, and are responsible for tracking the item in transit until delivery. Zapp Comics is not responsible for missing packages that are shipped out or being shipped back if the carrier has provided delivery confirmation to the customer’s shipping address entered at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, email us for the next steps.
  
• All products are carefully inspected to ensure the best condition and packed extremely well to prevent damage in transit.
  
• All Zapp Merchandise (T-shirts, clothing, novelties, etc) is made to order and shipped by a third party. All shipping and cost is set by the print partner.
