Refund policy
- SALES ARE FINAL ON SELECT ITEMS.
- ALL SALES OF SEALED TRADING CARD PRODUCT ARE FINAL.
- ALL ZAPP MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.
- This includes T-shirts, clothing, novelties, etc.
- Items are made to order and shipped independently from Zapp Comics.
- We have a 7-day return policy for in-store and online orders. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the 7-day period. The 7-day period begins on the day the package arrives based on the tracking information.
- Refunds will only be accepted if item is in it's original packaging and/or in the same condition that it arrived in. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the product is received and deemed saleable, you will receive your refund. Refunds will be offered by way of your original method of payment. If your original payment method is not available, we will issue store credit.
- If a return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We will only accept returns due to manufacturer error on new products released within the last 5 years. We sell many older and vintage items that are no longer in print. (Please note, products with minor cosmetic paint issues or imperfect packaging are not considered defective.)
